Returns & Refunds

At Bark Boutique, we want you to feel confident in the gear you choose for your pet. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Please try boots and coats on your pet indoors to help keep them clean and hair‑free while you check the fit.

What can be returned
  • Dog boots and coats that are unworn outdoors, unwashed, and free of damage, odors, or stains.

  • Paw and nose balm that is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may qualify for a replacement or refund even if opened; please contact us with photos so we can review.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used balms or heavily worn items unless there is a clear defect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after it’s processed.

Return shipping costs
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want it, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we’ll work with you to make it right. In many cases, we can offer a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship the product back, based on photos and order details.

How to start a return
  1. Contact us at support@barkboutiqueonline.com or through our Contact page with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. We’ll respond with next steps and, if applicable, a return address and instructions.

  3. For defective or damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and coordinate with our fulfillment partners.

Restocking fee
For returns that are not due to our error (for example, change of mind, wrong size ordered, or similar reasons), a small 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover payment processing and handling costs. This fee is calculated as 2% of the product price and does not apply to returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after we’ve confirmed it was processed, please first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still have concerns, contact us at support@barkboutiqueonline.com with your order number so we can help.
